Shipping & Refund Policies

Shipping labels are created before the item is dropped off to USPS to make sure  every package contains the right item. Pre-orders will take 2-5 weeks to arrive after order is placed. This is stated to limit the chargebacks within this time frame if there is a case created in the timeframe stated above. 

We are not responsible for packages that are sent back due to insufficient address. If your package is sent back due to this please be aware that you are FULLY RESPONSIBLE of covering the cost to reship the package.
